Pre-Order Policy

Some Little Bunnies Co. products may be available for pre-order before they are ready to ship.
Please read this policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase or reserve a product before it is available for immediate delivery.
Pre-order items may still be in printing, production, packaging, supplier fulfilment, or final preparation.
2. Payment for pre-orders
Unless stated otherwise, payment may be taken at the time you place your pre-order.
Your pre-order helps us plan stock, printing, packaging, and fulfilment.
3. Estimated timelines
Estimated launch, printing, production, or shipping dates will be provided where possible.
These dates are estimates and may change due to:
- printing delays;
- supplier delays;
- stock delays;
- courier delays;
- design or quality checks;
- import or customs delays, if applicable;
- public holidays;
- events outside our control.
We will do our best to communicate major delays.
4. Mixed orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the full order once the pre-order item is ready, unless separate shipping is selected or arranged.
5. Changes to pre-order products
Final products may differ slightly from previews, samples, mockups, or early images. Small changes may occur in colour, size, packaging, printing, materials, or design details.
We will not make major changes without updating the product information where possible.
6. Cancelling a pre-order
You may request to cancel a pre-order before it has been processed, printed, packed, personalised, or shipped.
If the product has already been prepared, shipped, customised, or specially ordered, cancellation may not be possible, unless required by law.
7. Refunds for pre-orders
Approved pre-order refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund timelines may depend on the payment provider or bank.
8. Limited stock
Pre-order stock may be limited. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee immediate delivery, but it helps reserve your place in the fulfilment queue where applicable.
9. Communication
Please make sure your email address is correct when placing a pre-order. We may use your email to send order updates, delay notices, and delivery information.
