This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Little Bunnies Co. handles order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the areas shown at checkout.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Processing times may be longer during launches, pre-orders, high-demand periods, supplier delays, public holidays, or courier delays.
3. Delivery times
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, order volume, and factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout where possible.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, courier option, or promotion.
5. Pre-order deliveries
Pre-order products will only be shipped once they are ready and available. Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but may change.

6. Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.
Little Bunnies Co. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, additional delivery fees may apply.
7. Failed delivery attempts
If the courier cannot deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or delivery is refused, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
Additional courier fees may apply.
8. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged packaging;
- photos of the damaged item;
- a short description of the issue.
We will review the matter and help with the next steps.
9. Missing or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with tracking where possible.
Courier delays may occur and are sometimes outside our control.
10. Risk of loss
Risk in the products passes according to applicable South African law and courier processes. We will help where possible if an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.
