Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel happy and supported when ordering from Little Bunnies Co. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
 

1. Contact us first

Before returning any item, please contact us at:

Include:
- your order number;
- your name;
- the product you want to return;
- the reason for the return;
- photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 

2. Change-of-mind returns

For eligible physical products, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

- unused;
- in its original condition;
- in its original packaging where possible;
- not damaged;
- not customised or personalised;
- not a digital product;
- not a hygiene-sensitive item that cannot be returned once opened or used.

The customer may be responsible for return courier costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
 

3. Online cooling-off period

Certain online purchases may qualify for a cooling-off period under South African ecommerce law.

If a cooling-off right applies, you may be entitled to cancel the transaction within the required period, subject to the applicable legal rules and exceptions.
 

4. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may offer one of the following, depending on the situation and applicable law:

- replacement;
- repair, where appropriate;
- exchange;
- refund;
- store credit, if accepted by you.
 

5. Items that cannot usually be returned

The following items may not be eligible for return, unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

- digital downloads;
- ebooks;
- printable resources;
- personalised or customised products;
- used comfort items;
- opened hygiene-sensitive products;
- products damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear;
- sale or clearance items where legally allowed.
 

6. Digital products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless required by law.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
 

7. Pre-order cancellations and refunds

Pre-order rules may differ from normal in-stock products.

Please read our Pre-Order Policy before placing a pre-order.
 

8. Return shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot process a return we do not receive.
 

9. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timelines may depend on your bank, payment provider, or ecommerce platform.
 

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative product.
 

11. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be received in suitable condition.

If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in a resaleable condition, we may decline the return or deduct reasonable costs where
allowed.
